Logistics President Dave Arseno said in the release. “Our investment in infrastructure and resources is essential to sustaining trade flows.”

GCS has arranged a maritime terminal to isolate the cargo of certain importers discharged from the vessel. The company driver then pulls the first container in the stack sideways to drive and store it in the GSC cargo yard until the cargo owner submits a delivery request. According to GSC, this approach allows customers to form just-in-time delivery programs and mitigate the cost increases caused by recent supply chain disruptions.
