A storm across Minnesota cripples farms

Minnesota was damaged by a large storm.

Richard Siverson, north of Benson in the Midwestern Minnesota, says it rained more than two inches on Wednesday and another nearly three inches in an hour on Thursday morning.

“It caused a massive flood (and) our local school district wasn’t schooled today because so many country roads were washed away.”

He told the brownfield that two more storms struck Thursday night, reducing rain but damaging the wind.

“I’ve heard reports from a friend who lost Paul Burn. We lost the door from the hut, knocked down (trees), and (wind) flipped one of our irrigation tower center pivots. . “

Syverson, vice president of the Minnesota Corn Growers Association, hasn’t turned the wheels due to the weather this spring. He says the combination of crops needs to be changed, ensuring that the plant is part of his plan.
