About yoga and respiratory health

Yoga improves respiratory health. Each yoga practice follows a specific inhalation and exhalation method. A category called pranayama focuses on the work of breathing. Another article, “The Positive Effects of Yoga on Physical and Respiratory Function in Healthy and Inactive Middle-aged People,” published in the International Journal of Yoga in 2019, improves the respiratory health of middle-aged people.
