The Golden State Warriors will face the Los Angeles Lakers without Andrew Wiggins, who was ruled out with left knee pain, the team announced Friday.
During the Warriors’ comeback victory over the Nuggets, Wiggins played for 16 minutes and scored four points with a one-on-four shot from the field. He also added 3 rebounds and 2 blocks.
Jonathan Kuminga also misses a Friday pre-season clash with the Lakers due to a knee injury. As a result, the Golden State is thinned in the small forward position.
Otto Porter Jr. is expected to receive extended playtime in the match on Friday, and Juan Toscano Anderson, Langston Galloway, Moses Moody and Avery Bradley also saw an increase in playtime.
