New York (Reuters)-A US judge dismissed a proceeding on Wednesday accusing 10 major banks of collusion to curb competition in the trillion-dollar market for US Treasuries.

The decision by Manhattan’s US District Judge Paul Gardef was made in 21 pensions, severance pay, benefits funds, and long-term proceedings by unions, banks, individuals, and businesses trading in the Treasury.
