Brookfield Asset Management has increased its stake in Brookfield Property Partners LP through Investing.com.

On March 31, Brookfield Asset Management added 504 million shares of Brookfield Property Partners LP (NASDAQ :) for an average of $ 17.79 per share for $ 9 billion. Brookfield Property Partners LP shares have increased 1.46% since the transaction.

Brookfield Asset Management’s stake in Brookfield Property Partners LP increased to approximately 605 million shares due to purchases.

Brookfield Asset Management first purchased Brookfield Property Partners LP shares in the second quarter of 2013. I also own Brookfield Asset Management. Pebble Brook Hotel Trust (NYSE :), Essential Property Realty Trust Inc (NYSE :), Brookfield Property REIT Inc. (BPYU), and VICI property Inc (NYSE :). Brookfield Property Partners LP is number one in real estate management and development stocks in terms of number of shares and market value.

In contrast, Citigroup (NYSE :), Letko, Brosseau & Associates reduced BPY shares and Burgundy Asset Management sold all BPY shares.

Brookfield Asset Management has also reduced its share of Brookfield Renewable Corporatio (BEPC). The total amount of shares sold is estimated to be approximately $ 573 million.

In addition, Brookfield Asset Management has added shares for TransAlta Corporation (NYSE :) and Brookfield Renewable Partners L (NYSE :). The total amount of shares purchased is estimated to be approximately $ 3.6 billion.
