World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Classic was announced by Blizzard after yesterday’s leak.

World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Classic Content will be rolled out in stages this year.

Originally released in January 2007, The Burning Crusade takes players to Outland and stops Burning Legion. This year, Blizzard will recreate the first World of Warcraft expansion, allowing Lieber to return to Outland roaming the Hellfire Peninsula.

You will also cross the swamps of Zangalmarsh and collide with burning troops in the Black Temple.

This extension brings Horde’s Blood Elf and Alliance’s Draenei, and will soon be able to roll these races back in Classic.

If you’re just jumping into WoW, Burning Crusade has also brought you the ArenaPvP system, Jewelcrafting profession, flying mounts, and the Aldor and Scryers of Shattrath.

Prior to the release of Burning Crusade Classic, WoW Classic players can decide whether to advance each character into the Burning Crusade era in the remaining areas or continue to play the original WoW Classic content on the new Classic Era server.

As with WoW Classic, anyone who subscribes to World of Warcraft can play Burning Crusade Classic at no additional cost.
