A Canada-based venture capital firm focused on optimistic investments in companies in the junior resources and disruptive technology sectors has announced two investments totaling $ 530,000 in Electric Metals (USA) Ltd.
Electric Metals is a multi-commodity resource company focused on the 100% owned Corcoran Canyon Silver Project in Nevada and the Emily Manganese Project in Minnesota, according to the release. ThreeD Capital Inc. (CSE: IDK) (OTCQB: IDKFF) acquired Securities of Electric Metals through two private placements detailed below with each announcement.
The first private placement was relatively easy as ThreeD acquired 1,000,000 shares at a price of $ 0.20 / share. Second, it was a bit more complicated as 1,000,000 subscription receipts were obtained at a sub-receipt price of $ 0.33. This gives ThreeD one share of common stock, $ 0.60 / warranty, and a two-year expiration date.
Traders seemed excited about the news as the shares traded up to $ 0.61 / share (+ 4.87%) OTC and $ 0.77 / share (+ 2.67%) on CSE. This move is a strong continuation of the success the stock had during the last year.
