Cyberpunk 2077 can be played on Nintendo Switch through Google Stadia’s workaround

YouTuber Nintendrew has uploaded a video to his channel showing how to play Cyberpunk 2077 on a hacked Nintendo Switch. He describes the performance of the game, which appears to be stable at 720p when undocked and 1080p when connected to a TV, and how Stadia allows users to stream Cyberpunk 2077 to the system. There are some tools you need, such as a Stadia account and payload injector, but Cyberpunk 2077 seems to be fully playable on Switch after downloading and installing a version of Google’s Android operating system.

Once Android is installed, the Switch player can download the Stadia app from the Play Store and start streaming Cyberpunk 2077. Both the Joy-Con controller and the Pro controller are compatible with Cyberpunk 2077, and the controller mapping is the same as the input on the Xbox console. And of course, once Stadia is installed on the Nintendo Switch, other AAA non-Switch games such as Destiny 2 and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order can also be streamed to the system. Stadia isn’t available directly on Switch, but it’s worth noting that Nintendo has released several titles through the cloud, including Remedy’s Control and IO Interactive’s Hitman 3.
