The long-awaited Cyberpunk 2077 for CD Projekt Red could take up more storage space than originally thought, as it was revealed that there were 43GB updates before and after its launch.
According to GamesRadar +, YouTuber DreamcastGuy, one of the many who got a copy of the game prior to the December 10th launch of Cyberpunk 2077, posted a screenshot highlighting the download size of the update on Twitter. I shared it with. The screenshot shows a 43.5GB update.
CDPR Public Relations Manager Fabian Mario Döhla answered A DreamcastGuy tweet tells us that this is an update, but not an update that we plan to drop on the day the game is released.
“This is an update, but-a fun twist-not an update for launch,” said Mario Dora, suggesting that Cyberpunk 2077 will receive the first day’s update along with the 43.5GB patch.
On a PC, installing the game requires at least 70 GB of storage space, but it’s unclear how long it will take to install it on the console. In August 2019, the PlayStation Store in Europe claimed that the Cyberpunk 2077 requires at least 80GB. CDPR does not comment on the file size of the game.
In the meantime, Cyberpunk 2077 Preloaded On the Xbox console (Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S), PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 will be able to pre-install games at midnight local time on December 8th.
