Dandruff is a condition of the skin characterized by the presence of white skin flakes on the scalp. It is neither serious nor contagious. This disorder is more common in men than in women and tends to occur more often in people with oily skin.

Various causes of dandruff include irregular shampoo habits, dry skin, and oily skin.

Here are some tips to prevent dandruff –

1.1. aspirin:

Crush some aspirin tablets and combine with shampoo. Aspirin contains salicylic acid, which helps treat dandruff.

2.2. baking soda:

Baking soda helps remove mold that causes dandruff. After washing your hair, rub baking soda against your scalp to wash it off.

3.3. Lemon:

Apply lemon juice to the scalp and rinse with water. This helps maintain the pH balance of the scalp and thus prevents dandruff.

4.4. Coconut oil:

Coconut oil contains nutrients that are good for hair. Apply 1 hour before shampoo and then rinse.

5.5. garlic:

Garlic has certain antibacterial properties that eliminate the bacteria that cause dandruff. It is recommended to combine crushed garlic and honey and apply it to the scalp.

6.6. Apple cider vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar changes the pH level of the scalp, making it difficult for dandruff to grow. Use a vinegar rinse after shampooing.
