According to the Energy Information Agency, the national average price of diesel rose 1.3 cents to $ 3.30 a gallon on June 28 for the ninth straight week.

This increase follows a slight increase of only a tenth of a cent last week. Diesel went to 87 cent gallons over a year ago.

Prices rose in all 10 regions surveyed by the EIA, and significantly in the Rocky Mountains (4 cents), West Coast (3 cents), and West Coast-Low California (3.2 cents).

If you’re buying regular petrol, prices there continue to chase diesel, rising 3.1 cents per gallon this week on a national average to $ 3.091 per gallon more than a year ago, at 91.78 cents per gallon. — Transport topic
