What’s new in Division 2 Anyway, there aren’t many for a while. Ubisoft has announced that it is working on a major update with a new game mode, but it will not be released until later this year at the earliest. In the meantime, Division 2 will be rerun in the past season, so you can try things you might have missed.
“The next major update aims to introduce a whole new game mode to the franchise,” says Ubisoft. “In addition to the game mode, we are exploring new ways to advance our agents with a focus on building versatility and viability. We will elaborate on our future prospects as updates approach.”
However, that particular update is still in the early stages of development. Currently, it is scheduled to be released in the latter half of 2021 at the earliest. “We’re taking this time to make sure we’re making meaningful changes to the game,” they say.
Ubisoft states that the development of this major update is led by Ubisoft Massive. “This will give Adrian Truska and Yannick Banshero to lead the project as producers and associate creative directors,” they say.
Meanwhile, Division 2 will be rerun from the second year of the game to the past seasons. For example, Season 5 is a rerun of Season 1. Ubisoft says it will continue to make minor game updates during this period.
Hey, this is Season 1 information from March last year, to keep up with the old content coming back again.
