Doom Eternal – Finally! – Appeared on Nintendo Switch on December 8th, revealed by Nintendo and Bethesda Softworks.
Doom Eternal Initially released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia in March of this year, the Nintendo Switch was always promised to be released soon.
But when Nintendo and Bethesda finally lifted the lid and could see the hellish FPS arriving at the hybrid handheld / home console, the wait was almost over.
“The wait is about to end,” Nintendo screams for the latest trailer for the game. “When Doom Eternal appears on the Nintendo Switch on December 8th, get ready to conquer the devil!”
If you want to download the game and start playing all the titles released so far, you have to wait – The Ancient Gods: Part One downloadable content is not available at the time of release and will be offered instead Will be done. I will switch at a later date.
Please note that the Nintendo Switch release of the game is digital only and the title is only available via digital code from the Nintendo Switch eShop and distributors.
The Switch version runs at 30fps. If you want to know our thoughts on the game, you can check out the Doom Eternal review at the link.
