EA Offers Codemasters $ 1.2 Billion More Than Take Two

Yeah, you guessed it. The EA has agreed to smoothly purchase Codemasters for $ 1.2 billion as it aims to close and formalize the deal in the first quarter of 2021.

As many gamers know, Codemasters, along with DIRT, DIRT Rally, GRID, and Project CARS, is the machine behind the popular F1 series.
