FIFA 21 will add Dua Lipa and Patrick Mahomes to Volta mode in December

FIFA 21 has added to the game many celebrities and professional athletes who do not play football or football, such as singer Duaripa and superstar NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes, as playable characters.

They will join NBA stars Janice Adetokumpo and Joel Embiid, along with F1 champion Lewis Hamilton, as new playable characters in FIFA 21 Volta Mode. Retired soccer superstar Zinedine Zidane will also be in the game.

Dua Lipa said in a statement, “My brother is a big fan of FIFA, so it’s crazy to appear as a playable character on top of that. I hope he puts me on his Volta team. I’m doing it. “

“It’s especially cool to have a female music artist’s avatar in this game for the first time, and I can’t wait for a woman to show a man what we have!” She added.

Embiid confidently said, “I’m the best footballer and fan in the NBA, so being in FIFA proves that.”

As for Hamilton, he says he likes to play FIFA to relax and is excited to be included in FIFA 21 as a playable character. “It’s great to be part of this year’s game along with some of the other names in various sports,” he said.

These new celebrity characters will appear in FIFA 21 in December at the same time as the game’s release on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
