San Francisco – Klay Thompson Was a slow scratch for Golden State Warriors‘Sunday night match Utah Jazz After experiencing pain in the left knee.

Thompson surgically repaired his knee in July 2019 after breaking the ACL in Game 6 of the NBA Finals that year.

“That’s not a serious thing,” said Warriors coach Steve Kerr. “That’s just part of the prudence.”

According to Kerr, the original plan was to play Thompson. However, during the team’s walkthrough, Warriors’ director of sports medicine, Rick Celebrini, informed Carr that Thompson was uncomfortable with his left knee and should refrain from doing so.
