Google will add App Store privacy label to iOS apps soon this week By Reuters

(Reuters)-Alphabet (NASDAQ :) Inc’s Google announced on Tuesday that it will add the App Store privacy label to applications that use Apple Inc’s (NASDAQ :) iOS operating system by this week or next week.

According to a Google spokeswoman, the new policy requires developers to disclose how they collect data from App Store users and use it for tracking, reviewing previous reports from TechCrunch.

Last month, Apple launched a new label on app privacy practices that users can see before downloading from the App Store.
