The all-electric Fuso eCanter was announced and acclaimed at this week’s Victorian Transportation Association state conference to select members.
At the show in San Remo, Victoria, a pioneering truck with zero regional emissions and little noise caught the attention of Shadow Federal’s Federal Deputy Minister for Road Safety and Freight Transport, ahead of its launch next week. The NHVR Vehicle Setup Plan is based on a 2018 manufacturer’s survey and is designed to meet the goals set in the Federal Government’s National Road Safety Action Plan 2018-2020.
According to Petroccitto, the plan is offered through five work packages that include better harmonization of Australian vehicle standards, better access to the latest vehicle technologies, ensuring proper operating requirements, and industry education on new technologies. Will be done.
