‘s 2020 game

Collecting cherry blossoms to catch bugs and plundering medieval England, 2020 marked a new decade with a truly outstanding gaming experience. This year has brought years of epic epics and a wonderful vision of history, which is the ultimate choice for our best game of 2020:

‘s 2020 Game: Hades

Hades is a roguelike game like no other that creatively combines very different genres and uses their strengths to set the standard for complementing each other in unexpected ways. Combining satisfying single-shrink-based combat with roguelike potential to break the game with lucky boons and power-up pulls, you’ll feel like a god. Above all, how Hades connects story progression to a gameplay loop. Failed runs, player choices, and built relationships are moments created that feel unique to playthrough in the way that there is no game before the game tries to approach.

The cast of renowned ancient characters, recontextualized through modern lenses, reminds the Greek Pantheon. And the paint coat extends to the literary equipment of Greek tragedy. Turn this tragic fateful story into a fairy tale that promises to stay with you forever. Hades is everything a video game should aim for, and it’s all in a tightly woven package for you to enjoy.

Hades was also our choice Best action game of the year!! Check out the Supergiant development team’s reaction to the following wins: Click here for a complete review of Hades.

People’s Choice GotY: The Last Of Us Part 2

The Last of Us Part 2 feels like the culmination of Naughty Dog’s storytelling ambitions, first formed in the original Uncharted. Living in one of the most beloved game stories of all time is not an easy task, but Part 2 features a very subtle and entertaining version of the original, doubling it on a completely real and unexpected journey. Let me do it. Through the act of controlling an apparently flawed character, you will come to understand them, even if it hurt you as a player. This sounds very disappointing, but The Last of Us Part 2 is ultimately hopeful. Not only a story about how violence can produce violence, but a story about overcoming it.

Its complex storytelling is also combined with Naughty Dog’s best third-person action stealth and action combat. This is due to the superbly intuitive level design and smart AI that makes new encounters a puzzle box while fighting for survival. (Also, this Last of Us multiplayer fan pine is a sequel to that mode.) Last of Us Part 2 is cruel, brutal, full of emotional bets, and PS4’s best ever. It is ranked as one of the monopoly.
