Horiguchi robs Asakura and regains bantamweight title
Horiguchi has been fighting for the first time since the first round, when Asakura shook the world of mixed martial arts in August 2019. Before being defeated, Japanese stars had won 13 straight games.
As you can see in the clip below, Horiguchi put Asakura into today’s headliner with a series of punches.

Asakura won the vacant bantamweight title this August, overtaking Hiromasa Ogikubo.
