Lykos Metals Limited was founded on May 6, 2021 and has agreed to acquire 100% of each of the Sockovac, Sinjakovo and Cajnice projects. All of these are in the Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina and are summarized below.

  • Sockovac Project: Nickel, Cobalt, Copper, Gold, Silver, Lead, Zinc Outlook. The project undertook historic drilling and surface exploration from the 1960s to the 1970s, and in 2021 recent sampling and reconnaissance of soil and rock debris.
  • Shinjakobo Project: Expected copper, cobalt, gold, iron, lead, silver and barite. The project was the subject of a small historic underground mining in the 19th century, with surface exploration in the mid-20th century and most recently in 2021 sampling and reconnaissance of soil and rock debris.
  • Cajnice Project: The future of copper, gold, lithium, rare earth elements, lead, zinc and silver. The project was historicly investigated in the mid-20th century, with recent rockchip sampling and reconnaissance from 2020 to 2021.

Although the three projects have a long history of mineral discovery and extraction, they are almost completely unexplored by modern geological exploration methods. Historical data collated by our management show significant exploration potential, especially for the major battery metals and precious and other base metals needed for the global energy transition.

LYK is scheduled to be listed on ASX in October 2021.
