It’s a negative soldier.
Medal of Honor VR Surprise-Launched a day early-and it ran into a negative review on Steam.
£ 54.99 Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond was developed by Apex Legends and Titanfall Studios Respawn and is seen by many as the hottest VR game since Half-Life: Alyx. Currently, Steam has “almost negative” user review labels. After 330 reviews.
There are many game issues players have, such as performance issues, frustrating object selection and reloading, and long load times for users playing on HDDs instead of the recommended SSDs.
Others have pointed out the lack of teleportation for game movements. Comfortable settings are available and there are four ways to spin the system for movement, but smooth spin is not currently in the game (many people who sit and play have smooth spin in other VR games) Use and find the immersive feeling of snap rotation).
Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond has also been criticized for the lack of detailed graphic settings. You can adjust the rendering resolution, but that’s it.
In short, it’s not a great start for Medal of Honor VR, which was talked about prior to its launch with surprisingly demanding recommendations.
The weight is as follows.
- Requires 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10
- Processor: Intel i7 9700K equivalent or higher
- Memory: 16GB RAM
- Graphics: Nvidia RTX 2080 equivalent or higher
- Storage: 180GB of available space
The minimum specs are the same (the minimum specs have only recently been added to the game’s Steam page). Also, keep in mind that the Medal of Honor actually requires 340 GB of space to unpack and install before settling into a 180 GB storage footprint.
In an Oculus subreddit post, Oculus Studios executive producer Mike “Mdoran” Doran told players that the patch is already in the game, based on this early feedback.
This patch will be released shortly to add a smooth turn and remove the mission win screen between levels, but keep it at the end of the mission, unlock the gallery content from the start of the game, and fix bugs. We will improve the quality of life.
Doran also confirmed that developers are working on adding visual scaling options.
“We listen to the community and try to fix / adjust as many things as possible,” said Doran.
“Thank you for your continued support.”
