Class III milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were high prior to Thursday’s USDA supply and demand report. December was up $ .05 to $ 18.76, January was up $ .24 to $ 19.78, February was up $ .13 to $ 19.84, and March was up $ .09 to $ 19.62.

The cash cheese barrel rose $ .0125 to $ 1.6925 and the block was stable at $ 1.8425. AA butter was $ .0025 low at $ 2.0575, grade A skim milk powder was $ .0025 high at $ 1.57, and extra grade milk powder was $ .6975.
