Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is getting new content inspired by the next Monster Hunter movie.
Capcom likes the crossover event, so publishers must be working on content inspired by Monster Hunter movies. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne..
As with all previous collaborations, the new content will arrive in the form of event quests and will be available to Iceborne owners on all platforms for a limited time.
In the two-part event quest, you can defeat one of the monsters in the Monster Hunter movie trailer, Black Diablo. Next, play against Greater Rataros. Both quests are Master Rank (MR 1 and above) and are only playable solos, so you can see how to challenge them.
Completing each will give you a chance to get layered armor and special gear. Layered armor is a bigger problem because the character looks like Artemis, the hunter of the movie Milla Jovovich, but you can also create an Artemis α + armor set. The character is even aloud by Jovovich for increased reliability. Both quests are available from December 2nd to 4th.
If you’re not interested in grinds, you can simply log in from November 27th to December 2nd to receive an item pack to celebrate your movie, but these are just consumables.
