Jordan Morris couldn’t play a mid-week draw in Swansea City, but was able to conclude his victory against Rotherham United on Saturday.
Morris played for the last seven minutes on the side of Steve Cooper and made his debut in the club 3-1. This is Morris’ first appearance abroad and probably not his last for the swan, who continues to race for the EFL Championship promotion.

Swansea City defeated Millers as Jay Fulton scored in the second half after Conor Hourihane and Matt Grimes scored in the first half. Morris, who didn’t start for the visitor, replaced Jamal Law in the 83rd minute and helped conclude the current relegation’s victory.
Morris will move the loan from Seattle Sounders to Swansea City in January this year with the aim of helping him get promoted to the Premier League. Winger, the US Men’s National Team, has been a top MLS player for the past few seasons and aims to pass on that influence to England’s second tier.
26-year-old Swansea City will host leader Norwich City on Friday, with potential for more roles this week. If the swan wins, he will move one point behind the Canary Islands in an auto-promotion race.
