New trademark AEW file – WWE Sports

AEW has applied for two new trademarks this week.

According to USPTO (US Patent and Trademark Office) records, the company filed a trademark for “Undisputed Elite” on March 21st. The following usage instructions were included in the application.

“Fan club. Providing a website with entertainment information in the field of sports and entertainment. Providing entertainment information in the field of sports and entertainment through the website. Wrestling exhibitions by professional wrestlers and entertainment exhibitions in the nature of performance. Entertainment of the nature of wrestling contests; providing wrestling news and information through the global computer network. “

The obvious speculation is that this has something to do with Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, and Kyle O’Reilly, but that hasn’t been confirmed. Earlier this year, AEW applied for a trademark for the “Paragon” name and logo. It was also speculated that the group would use that name based on what O’Reilly uses in the promotion. AEW used “Undisputed Originals” for the group, but the name is not trademarked.

AEW also applied for the trademark “AEW: Fight Forever” on March 21 for use in products and video games. This application included the following usage instructions:

“Downloadable game software. Downloadable computer game software. Downloadable electronic game software. Downloadable interactive game software. Video game discs; Downloadable video game programs. Downloadable video game software. Recorded videos. Game program. Recorded video game software “

“Hat; Hat; Pants; Shirt; Socks; Polo Shirt; Sweatshirt; T-shirt”

It’s unclear if this is the name of the AEW console video game under development or another mobile game the company is developing.

Please look forward to the renewal of the trademark of professional wrestling.
