There are some Various proceedings It works when it comes to defending Joy-Con drift with a US switch controller. But now there is important news from Europe as well.
Today, the Dutch Consumers Association has asked switch owners to report problems with Joy-Con. We also partner with consumer groups in Belgium, France, Greece, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia and the European subsidiary BEUC. A collaborative study was undertaken to see what can be done to protect consumers from Joy-Con drift.
Sandra Morener, director of the Consumers Association, said:
“We’re calling because we’re getting a signal that the switch won’t last as long as consumers expect. In addition, consumers are expensive because of the limited options for repairing the console. It has been forced to exchange. Use the answers to determine further actions to take. “
The Consumers Association said it wants Nintendo to urge Nintendo to implement the change after complaints about Switch Joy-Con drift from nine European countries. If nothing can be gained from the discussion, they will “jointly go to court.”
