Pacers Trade Edmond Sumner Net – NBA Blog – NBA Sports

Brooklyn Nets won the second round draft topic of 2025 with Guard Edmond Sumner in a deal with Indiana Pacers (via Miami) for draft rights to protect Juan Pablo Bowlet.

Sumner played 108 games (29 games) in four seasons (2017-21) with the Pacers, averaging 5.7 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 14.1 minutes per game. He was originally selected for Indiana in the 52nd overall selection in the second round of the 2017 NBA Draft.

Bowlet was picked in Charlotte’s 39th overall pick in the second round of the 2015 NBA Draft, and his draft rights were traded to Brooklyn.
