The PGA Tour University is designed to streamline the process for college players to reach the professional level, and the inaugural class was announced two weeks ago.
This week, five players who won Korn / Ferry Tour membership until the end of the regular season made their professional debut, with three participating in the Korn / Ferry Tour BMW Charity Pro-Am and two in the PGA Tour Palmet Championship. Next week, 10 players who have won Form Tour membership will begin their professional career at the L & J Golf Championship.
Here’s how each of the five players fought in their professional debut.

Yu, who won three times at Arizona State University, also made a cut at BMW, finishing the T-20 after a consistent week of 66-66-69-69 and finishing under 15 under.
The reband wasn’t very successful and missed the 6-stroke cut BMW. That said, Oklahoma Sooner improved on Friday 70 in his first round 73 and returned to equality.
