Premier League sticks to Panini for a new multi-year term – Soccer Sports

November 16 – The Premier League has agreed to extend the license agreement for Panini stickers and trading cards, which was first granted in 2019, for multiple years.

According to the Premier League, domestic sales of market-leading Premier League adrenaline trading cards doubled this year, but it wasn’t worth the renewal.

Player trading cards and sticker albums have long been a major collection for young fans, with Panini reporting the highest sales of sticker albums in 15 years, despite pandemic challenges.

Will Brass, Premier League Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Stickers and trading cards are a great way for fans around the world to interact with the Premier League and its clubs. Panini has been a great partner since becoming the official Premier League stickers and trading card licensee in 2019. We look forward to continuing to build relationships over the coming season. “

The Premier League collection is the best ever in the UK as well as internationally, and Panini leverages the strengths of Premier League brands around the world through its global network.
