PS5: All games confirmed on Sony’s next-generation console

Sony’s next-generation console, the PlayStation 5, will be available sometime this holiday. The official release date and price of the new console has not yet been decided, but Sony and third-party game publishers have confirmed a long list of games coming to the PS5 later this year.

Many of the familiar PlayStation franchises, such as Ratchet & Crank, Gran Turismo, and Horizon, will continue on PlayStation 5. In addition, many current generation games appearing on PlayStation 4 (and other platforms) will be available on PS5, and developers such as CD Projekt Red and Ubisoft will be able to take advantage of the more powerful PS5 for PS4 games. As for PS5 games, there are still many unclear points about how games released on PS4 will be carried over to the next generation of PlayStation. Some can be upgraded for free, while others have a standalone PS5 release available. Some PS4 games — not all? — Will be playable on PS5 via backward compatibility.

PS5 multi-platform game

Multi-platform publishers such as Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Capcom and Square Enix are bringing new games to PlayStation 5. Assassin’s Creed Valhara, Marvel Avengers,and Cyberpunk 2077 It will appear on PS4 as well as PS5, but some multi-platform titles — Resident Evil VillageFor example, — is for the next generation only.
