Rafael Nadal is well practiced and must be 100% at the Australian Open – Tennis Sports

Famous tennis coach Toni Nadal has revealed that Rafael Nadal expects to be 100% at the Australian Open. Nadal, 35, ended the 2021 season in August due to a leg injury.

Unfortunately for Nadal, calling it the season meant he couldn’t help Spain in the Davis Cup final.

On Thursday, after Carlos Alcaraz tested positive for COVID-19, Nadal sent a message of love and support to the Davis Cup team in Spain. “After the news I received today, I greatly encouraged the entire Spanish team.

When this happens, the competition is in the backseat. The most important thing is health and I hope there are no more cases. I hug everyone, “Nadal said in a tweet.

Nadal admits he has doubts

“I think everyone has some problems,” Nadal explained to Formula 1 driver Nico Rosberg in a recent conversation.

“And especially sports people who bring mental and physical parts [of themselves] To the limit. “As I get older, my feelings are all different, but at the same time, it was still a very difficult time today in terms of foot injuries.

“So I need to hopefully come back by the beginning of next year.” Nadal has made many successful comebacks. “Of course I’m going to have some doubts, but I know the process, I’ve been there many times,” Nadal continued about his recovery.

“It’s true that it gets harder as you get older. [to recover] But I’m very excited about the process and what I have to do to get back. “So, albeit suspicious, I’m confident that if we can play without difficulty, we have a chance.”
