Resident Evil 9 is already under development, insiders say

Resident Evil is back with recent revenge, and with its three releases in four years, the famous survival horror series has essentially entered a second golden age. Of course, the future looks even brighter, but it’s inevitable that Resident Evil 9 will come out someday, but you’ll think the game isn’t currently under development (Resident Evil Village isn’t out yet). .. Well, it doesn’t seem to be the case.

Aesthetic Gamer, also known as Dusk Golem, an insider and habitual biohazard leaker recently known on Twitter, said Resident Evil 9 is already under development. He states that the game is still quite far from launch, and could be launched in 2024 at the earliest, but under development. In fact, it was clearly working until late 2018 (when some other RE games were also working).

If you’re already working on it, at this stage Resident Evil 9 (or what Capcom would call it) could be in a very early prototype stage (if so, more in 2018). It would have been in the early stages, certainly under development at that time). As it became clear that Capcom wanted to maintain the annual rhythm of Resident Evil’s release (or at least as close to each year as they could get), several upcoming mainline games in the series were being developed at the same time. It is plausible to be there.

For some reason, there will be a lot of biohazard in the future. Resident Evil Village will be launched in May this year, and Resident Evil Outrage is said to be released within the year. A remake of Resident Evil 4 is also underway, but some other RE games are planned, according to a recent major leak in Capcom’s ransomware.

Needless to say, this information should be captured with a grain of salt for now. We will let you know if you have any other opinions, so please look forward to it.
