Jab, Uppercut, Dodge, Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise’s 20 pop hits and 3 original track rhythms will be released for Nintendo Switch on Friday 4thth December. Players can start their daily boxing routine in daily exercise mode for guided workouts or build their own session from scratch in free training mode. Friends and family can exercise together, each using one Joy-Con for a training session of two players. Six former instructors from the first Fitness Boxing game are back and three new coaches have joined the ring: Karen, Hiro and Janice. These virtual trainers are here to support and encourage players during workout sessions. Once the player completes the fitness routine, each trainer can unlock customization options such as clothing and accessories.
Fitness Boxing owners can import stats into Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise to keep going. By completing training on a regular basis, players can set fitness goals and track various statistics such as daily calorie expenditure and punches thrown on the calendar. Beginners can also download a free demo from the Nintendo eShop.
