Sam darnold Meet the media as a member of Carolina Panthers And the former New York Jets Quarterback commented on how his old team ending went down. Darnold said he had a hard time and that the way Jets handled things was driving him “crazy.” As a planner, he found it very difficult not to know where he was and said it influenced his feelings.

In response to these comments on the podcast “Nothing Personal with David Samson,” David Samson said his views on the players’ views in this area have changed over time.

“If the player said so, the old David Samsung wouldn’t beep,” he said, but now he understands how important the player’s mental health is.

As president of the Miami Marlins, Samsung said he hadn’t reconsidered asking players to move soon. Now he realizes that it’s better to understand the player and be as open as possible.

“I didn’t even think about it when I was young. I didn’t think about it, I didn’t care,” admits the podcast host.

“We can make good business decisions while paying attention to the mental health of our players,” says Samsung.

But this concept goes beyond sport, and Samsung says, “For Samder Nord to succeed, for everyone to succeed, your job as their boss is how they know how to succeed. Putting people in the best position to succeed, “he added.

It looks different for each player he says, and knowing their employees is to understand the boss, or the team to know their players, and what they need and when.
