SEGA of America invites everyone to stream 24 hours a day to support this year’s Extra Life Charity Games from 9am PST on Saturday, November 14th to 9am PST on Sunday, November 15th. I will. The marathon will be live streamed on the Twitch channel!
Throughout the stream, until the end of the year, donations will be accepted through the Extra Life website and all proceeds will go to the great work being done at CHOC Children’s. For more information on CHOC and the pursuit of high quality pediatric treatment, please visit the company’s website (https://www.choc.org/). You can make a special donation to CHOC from the individual campaign page.
To start the stream, we will introduce the first live gameplay of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2, including the PlayStation 5 version of the game, prior to its launch on December 8th. Check out all the different features of the game and lead to a friendly competitive tournament with special guests!
From there, I play a lot of both old and new Sega titles. You don’t want to miss it!
What is Extra Life? I’m glad you asked why. Extra Life is an annual fundraising event where people get together to play and stream video games 24 hours a day. During that period, players will ask viewers for donations. All donations will be sent to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since 2008, the event has raised more than $ 70 million for sick and injured children, with 50,000 attendees last year alone. If you have further questions, there are pages that will help you on their site.
Now, more than ever, children and their families need our support to overcome this pandemic, especially with other challenges they may face. We are proud to be part of this amazing effort. You can expect lots of fun moments, everything is a big cause.
