Marvel’s Spider-Man is one of the most successful PlayStation exclusives to date, and if you own a PS4, you’ve probably played it. So I was disappointed when I found out that the saved data of the game is not supported by Spider-Man Remastered for PS5 only.Or at least it was This case because Insomniac Games has provided a new update to enable this feature.
Overnight, we released an update for Marvel’s Spider-Man on PS4, provided these suits, and released the ability to export saved ones to Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered.
We’ve also updated Remastered to allow you to import exported saves and make a number of additional fixes (including rest mode crashes) https://t.co/LVnYVykc0Q

The update that Insomniac Games pushed live overnight on November 22nd is for the PS4 version of the game. With this game, you can export the saved data to Spider-Man Remaster and the acquired suits. The second update has been applied to the PS5 version, with a number of fixes and, of course, the ability to import saved data exported from other games.
One of the other fixes applied to the PS5 version is for a rest mode crash that was causing the entire system of some players to crash. It’s unclear if Rest Mode can be safely used in other PS5 games and dashboards. Therefore, we recommend that you turn off the console completely if you are not going to use it for the time being.
Spider-Man Remastered is only available on PS5 Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Ultimate Edition includes remastered games, and if you own Miles Morales on your PS4, you can later upgrade to the Ultimate Edition on your PS5. We wouldn’t be shocked if Sony eventually offered its own remastered version, but so far it’s not working.
