Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic arrive at Nintendo Switch on November 11th

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic will be released on Nintendo Switch on November 11th. Nintendo announced at today’s Nintendo Direct. Digital-only releases will be available for pre-order at the Switch eShop later today. KOTOR is one of the greatest Star Wars games of all time, and its price hasn’t been announced in the stream, but Switch’s other classic Star Wars games cost $ 10 to $ 15 on Switch.

Star Wars: The Knights of the Old Republic were set up thousands of years before Skywalker Saga. This game uses the d20 gameplay system popularized by Dungeons & Dragons. When KOTOR was first released in 2003, it stood out for both its combat and excellent writing. It tells one of the most interesting stories in the Star Wars media. We hope Aspyr Media will offer Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II-The Sith Lords to Switch at a later date.

It’s certainly not a bad time to dive into KOTOR, but it’s especially timely now. At the latest PlayStation showcase last week, Aspyr announced a complete remake of KOTOR for PS5 and PC. I just received a simple teaser trailer and the release window wasn’t revealed.
