Newcastle United fan I’m dissatisfied with Steve Bruce’s comments on his goals for the season.
Newcastle United coaches club Premier League this year.
At the beginning of the season, Steve Bruce claimed that Newcastle United could have a first-half finish, but he seems to have already given up on those hopes.
He said (via Chronicle): “My mission is to maintain Newcastle and move the club forward in the Premier League this season.”
Newcastle United are in 13th place, losing 2-0 in the last match against Manchester City. Premier League table 18 points in 12 games.
There is no reason why Newcastle United will not be able to finish in the upper half after the start of the season.
The fact that the manager is already paying attention to the demotion battle is very worrisome and disappointing for the fans.
It will be interesting to see how Newcastle United recovers from the recent poor form. Magpies lost two and pulled one of the last three league games, and they will be under pressure to bounce off with a win on their next outing.
Newcastle approached the finish in the first half of last season, but finished 13th at the table after a bad form in the second half of the season.
If you want Magpie to jump to the top of the season, you need to make the game more consistent. It’s interesting to see how Steve Bruce’s team will perform in the coming months.
Some Newcastle United fans took him to Twitter to share their thoughts on Bruce’s recent comments, and here’s what they had to say.
Is that how he sold the club to Callum Wilson rather than Villa? It’s the testicles because he was talking about the top 10. When the fans come back, he can’t survive in that attitude, so he needs to resign now.

Accepting a situation you dislike is accepting defeat. Accepting defeat is living without hope. To live without hope is to shrink and die.

There is a limit to the club’s black and white ambitions – it remains in PL. It’s always the same under Ashley and the blues. What’s the point of supporting an unambiguous club?

Our fans want a team that is passionate and proud, offers 100% in every game, and above all wants to wear a shirt. This is Steve Bruce.

Steve Bruce-I’m really worried you can’t do that. We’ve been down twice under MA before, but you can’t beat those managers.

So our ambitions are set to be the same as the clubs that entered the championship, despite having been in the Premier League for three seasons since returning to Rapha. Did you think he said we were making progress under him?I call it stagnation

He now has to fish in the bag, sure?
Every week it seems, “We weren’t enough, but the young people worked so hard that we can’t ask any more.”
