If you enjoy nail biting Super hexagon, A game where rhythmic chiptunes need to dodge walls to pulsate in your ears, and PUSS! As long as you can confuse the surrealism of the rest of the game and get dazzlingly angry, you’ll probably grab the adrenal glands in a similar way.
There’s aesthetics somewhere between Vaporwave and Glitch Core, like a rainbow nightmare collage made by Google’s DeepDream with a bunch of 80’s computer magazines, PUSS! It looks like a game that burns itself into your eyes. Screenshots of this game do not look like other screenshots. There are many pinks. And a cat.
Still, Steam has been acclaimed and has been released for several years, but even positive reviews state it as “a waste of energy” and “******* hard.” At 150 levels, including some boss battles, there are quite a few bits to overcome.
PUSS! It will be available on the Nintendo Switch on February 19th and will be priced at $ 11.99 / £ 10.79, with a 20% launch discount of $ 9.59 / £ 8.63.
