The Mandalorian’s skin leaked in the Fortnite Season 5 Battle Pass

Here’s how to get interested in Season 5 (Photo: Twitter)

Epic Games itself mistakenly revealed a big new guest performer for the coming season. Fortnite will be a Star Wars cameo.

Season 4 of the Fortnite chapter was all about Marvel, but next season it looks like at least one of Disney’s fellow Star Wars protagonists will appear.

Dataminers discovered the image above after it was accidentally uploaded by Epic Games. This seems to have revealed that one of the new character skins on Battle Pass will be the main character of The Mandalorian.

You can see the baby Yoda in the little floating crib behind him, but it seems unlikely that he will be able to play separately.

Current theory suggests that Mand is a one-time event, similar to Season 3 Aquaman, and that Season 5 will once again be the focus of the original Fortnite character.

Aquaman was notorious for being difficult to unlock, so mand may be difficult to obtain as well. This is probably a relief if you don’t want everyone running around the game to look exactly the same.

It’s not impossible for the next season to focus on Star Wars, but given the current Marvel theme, it seems unlikely. Some fans are excited about the growing reliance on licensed characters.

Star Wars was already in Fortnite before. Especially when the catalyst for the movie plot was revealed exclusively through Fortnite, it is in the preparatory period until the release of Skywalker’s rise.
