Rel can cast E and R during the change.”
For Part 2, when armored, Rell rushes forward, turning the armor into an impressive metal mount. This will dramatically increase your movement speed. The next time you attack, “Charge the target, inflict bonus damage, and turn it over. Her shoulder.” Phwoar.
Brand new champions Q (Shattering Strike), E (Attract and Repel), R (Magnet Storm), and Passive (Break the Mold) likewise describe her as a “Fullmetal Alchemist”. , Revolves around the role of “Fullmetal Alchemist”. Posted by Champion Insights.

“The magic of Rel, born of Black Rose agents and ranking Noxian soldiers, manifested in incredibly unusual forms of ferromancy and metal manipulation at an early age,” says the studio. She was sent to “Academy for Magical Kids, to be turned into a weapon for Noxus,” which continues.

But “as she defeated other students and became more and more powerful, they began to disappear. Instructors tore magic from their bodies and transplanted it into their ultimate weapon, Rel. As I did, I was torn from her life.

“I wanted Rell to be the most tanky tank in the world,” explains game designer Stash “Riot Stashu” Chelluck in a development post. “I had this idea of a heavily armored character that would destroy the ground she was walking on and collapse the Earth below her from her power. Unfortunately, to show it in the league It’s hard, so I had to make sure she felt thematic as manipulating metal. Mapping her ferromantic power to gameplay without feeling like a mage. I was looking for a neat way to actually feel a powerful and hard blow. “
R-Magnet Storm
Rel erupts with magnetic wrath, pulling nearby enemies towards her. She then creates a gravitational field around her, pulling nearby enemies in for a few seconds. The field does not interfere with the other actions of her enemies. pic.twitter.com/pADXB99YXn
