The Sims 4 spends a free weekend on Steam and sells on DLC

You can try The Sims 4 for free on Steam this weekend and get most of The Sims 4 DLC cheaply. The free offer begins yesterday Friday, October 30th and continues until the end of Sunday, November 1st.

For the next two days, The Sims 4 will be completely free to play at Valve’s store. This is a complete game, but there are no warnings. If you like what you play, you’ll receive a big 75% off discount by November 11th, which is a quarter of the regular retail price. All expansion packs have also been cut in half, and many of the small bits in the DLC have also been cut. 25% off other packs, such as the Star Wars: Journey to Batuu pack released in September and the Parenthood pack in June.

If you want to get it seasonally right away, we’ve put together a Halloween bundle of Vampires, Strangerville, Realms of Magic, and Spooky Stuff add-ons for a total discount of 63%. If the wizard or vampire isn’t your mood, another bundle with cat and dog themes is available. Otherwise, you can freely combine expansion packs, game packs, and staff packs.

This free weekend precedes the launch of The Sims 4: Snow Escape, an extended version of the winter holidays scheduled for November 13. Our Carrie Talbot has had the opportunity to preview a snow-covered vacation and is happy to be back.
