No more excitement to share the official release of the Mindfulness Kit, which includes a Daily Mindfulness Practice Guide and four aromatherapy-based products, and three free digital bonuses that extend some of the guide’s practices. Couldn’t.
Why is this kit — an aromatherapy product included?
Over the years, I wrote five books and launched eCourse, but this time I wanted to make something completely different and offer it.
As a writer, I often have it in my head. Most of us are constantly reading articles, emails and social media posts that reflect the different thoughts and opinions of people. It’s great to connect and share information, but sometimes the world is noisy and overwhelming.
I don’t know you, but I often want more time rooted in my body and less time in my mind. I want to separate from the abstract ideas that connect to the brain-filled, tangible, things that I can grasp, touch, and enjoy.
I think the scent is particularly strong. The olfactory nerve is directly associated with the parts of the brain that access memory, mood, and emotions. Therefore, certain odors can have a serious impact on us.
They can calm us, invigorate us and evoke our happiest memories. Still, they encourage us to live at that moment, as we can naturally take a deep breath and fully enjoy our favorite scents.
Life can be quite stressful from time to time and there are many things we can’t control. But our breathing is always within our control. We can always breathe deeply, put ourselves in our bodies, and calm down a bit in the turmoil of life.

Why these particular products?
We carefully considered the products we wanted to include in this kit and finally decided on four reasons:
Soothing bath and shower gel
Anyone who knows me knows that my tub is my happy place. It’s my little cocoon away from the world, my space for reflection, relaxation, and charging. Whether I’m reading a crappy magazine or a real crime book, taking a deep breath, or coming up with an ingenious idea, I’m always relieved. And when you don’t have time to take a bath (horror!), You can start your day with peace and presence by taking a shower.
I decided to make this a lavender scented product. That way, you too can turn your tub into a small, comfortable and calm sanctuary. Whether you have 5 minutes to take a shower and 45 minutes to soak, this soothing bath and shower gel will help improve your experience.
Calming essential oil roll-on
Lavender is known to relieve stress and anxiety, so I decided to use it in a roll-on and relaxing pillow spray of essential oils to soothe this scent. The beauty of essential oil roll-ons is small but powerful. Take it with you at any time and apply it to your wrists, temples, or behind your ears for immediate relief.
I consider my roll-on to be an important tool not only for mental and emotional health, but also for peaceful relationships.
If someone wants to trigger me and respond with a kneeling reaction, pause, leave, apply a roll-on, and take a few deep breaths before reacting. Sometimes. Sometimes I yell, cry and say what I don’t mean or regret. (I’m working on it!) But I try to do the former often, and I’m always happy with myself by doing it!
Relaxing pillow spray
Good sleep is important, especially during a pandemic. A good night’s sleep strengthens our immune system, aids in healthy decision making and improves our mental health. But as everything is happening in the world, you may find it even more difficult to get a good night’s rest.
I personally have had a hard time falling asleep for a long time. Many nights, my brain feels like a million ping-pong balls volleying back and forth while dozens of different movie soundtracks are playing at the same time.
When you spray the Relaxing Pillow Spray, you will be pulled back to your body with all five senses, and you will feel more at ease each time the scent of lavender is deeply inhaled.
If you feel restless when you go to bed, you can use this relaxing pillow spray to relax and take a rest.
Lychee flower scented candle
I actually thought of making this a lavender scented candle, but then decided to mix things with an uplifting scent known to help energize and improve concentration. did.
As you can see in the Mindfulness Daily Practice Guide, it’s a good idea to light a lychee flower-scented candle as part of your morning intent-setting practice. I think it’s a great way to start an uplifting and empowered day to get the most out of your time.

Other things you need to know
All products included in the kit are natural and non-abuse, and 5% of the proceeds will be donated to This Is My Brave, a non-profit organization that brings the story of mental illness and addiction from the shadows to the spotlight.
Before the pandemic, This Is My Brave focuses on live shows featuring inspirational essays, original music, poetry and comedy. At the moment, they are shifting gear to the virtual world, but as soon as they are safe, they will be back on stage!
As someone suffering from depression or bulimia, who knows the fragile and genuine power of sharing, I couldn’t be more excited to support this powerful nonprofit. I also love the performance element. I am an artist in nature and from my personal experience I know how creativity can heal and shine us.
If you want to bring a little comfort and calm to your life, you can get a little Buddha Mindfulness Kit here. I hope you enjoy these products as much as I made them.
