Video Game Food and Drink: Steam Quiz

Most of us on this side of the world have been waiting for a few weeks to break and open a biscuit box, but our American cousins had a big food day last week.

So, in honor of The Land Of The Full and recent vacations, this week’s Mystery Steam review focused on games that included food and drink, which made me very hungry and terribly thirsty.

“But food and drink are in virtually every video game!” You probably think. And you’re right, dear readers. But we are looking for games where food and drink are more than what is used to replenish your health. Streets of Rage bin chicken is probably delicious, but this week’s MSR game requires food and drinks to be prepared in a more meaningful way.

Again, everyone stuck to the rules. We’ve been streaking a bit since the episode of the UK-based game … but of course we’re still hitting our heads.

If you’re new to these parts, you can find a complete breakdown of the rules at Mystery Steam Reviews Rule Bible ™ below. Also, don’t forget to brag about understanding all six correctly in the comments. And while you’re there, tell us what series / genre / theme you want to see next on MSR!

If you like this, enjoy this week’s PC Game Weekspot episode. We talked about immortal phoenix sizing, like Ubisoft’s Breath of the Wild. I was wondering what Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer would look like and was excited to find out where the latest Hitman 3 was.

If you’re new to this, check out last week’s Mystery Steam Reviews, which focused on console game PC ports.
