Video: Zombies appear in WrestleMania’s backlash as lumberjacks – WWE Sports

Former WWE Champion Batista has sent some of his “Army of the Dead” zombies to tonight’s Leslemania Backlash Pay-Per-View. I mentioned earlier that Batista tweeted a pre-show tweet saying he couldn’t reach pay-per-view, but some of his “friends” will be there. It was previously announced that Zack Snyder’s “Army of the Dead” movie will sponsor Wrestlemania Backlash. Those “friends” of animals were a large group of zombies.

Zombies were used in a zombie lumberjack match between Ms. and Damian Priest. Priest won the match, but at some point he and Ms teamed up on the ringside to fight a group of zombies. Morrison escaped early in the match, but came down the ramp to fight some zombies. He was eventually pulled by a few zombies and eaten. At the end of the match, Priest won, but a zombie broke into the ring and ate The Miz, so he safely retreated while he was down. Regarding the reason for the zombie story, Adam Pearce revealed on Twitter that he was behind the change in the match. This returns to RAW, where the priest can ask Pierce to make the match against The Miz a lumberjack match and bring in “RAW superstars, SmackDown superstars, aliens, and even zombies.” said.

Batista also talked about tonight’s WrestleManiaBacklash pay-per-view opening video package. You can watch the video below.

“Army of the Dead” will be released in a limited theater last weekend and will appear on Netflix this Friday.
