Washington Sundar reveals RCB skipper Virat Kohli on the net – WWE Sports

Indian captain Virat Kohli Undoubtedly one of the best hitters of modern cricket. His best consistency across formats has made him appear in the elite league of the greatest stroke makers of all time. Currently, Kori is the only batter with an average of 50 or more in all three forms of the game.

So far, the youth of Delhi have played 91 tests, 254 One Day International (ODI) and 90 T20 International (T20I), scoring 7490, 12169 and 3159 runs, respectively. He smashed 70 hundred and 115 half a century with international cricket.

But Indian Premier League (IPL), Kori is the leading run scorer and the only player to exceed the 6000 run benchmark. He has accumulated 6076 runs from 199 games with 50 of 5 tons and 40.

With such an epic career, it’s no wonder bowlers struggle to get a call even during a net session. A similar case is Indian off-spinner Washington Sundal, who plays under the leadership of Kori of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in a cash-rich league.

During the ’25 Questions’ chat show ESPNcricinfo, Sundar was asked how often he fired RCB skippers in a net session. In response, 21-year-old Kori praised the Indian superstar as the “king of cricket” and that he didn’t take the ticket gates often.

“Not very often. He (Virat Kohli) is the king of cricket. I don’t think he’ll take him out every session. I hope he can get him out in every two sessions.” Sundar said.

Both Sundar and Kohli can be seen next United Kingdom (UK) for World Test Championship (WTC) Final, Followed by a five-game test series against England. The Indian delegation will leave the country on June 2, after completing the quarantine in Mumbai.
