Without patch notes, Fortnite players are discovering small changes in Season 5

Fortnite’s new season has revolutionized battle royale with the addition of new bounty systems, Mandalorian skins, and new game mechanics. It also brought about some small changes that players have sifted through. Epic Games no longer includes patch notes, so players will have to check for most changes themselves.

“I love how many skins like Burger Boss and Bunker Johnny are finally handed down,” said RedditorJackBoyEditor, who describes how NPC interactions with players change depending on the skin they wear. I am. “Someone has to wear one of the Sevens to see their reaction.”

Season 5 introduced a bounty system that allows players to start missions given by one of 40 different NPCs scattered throughout the map. Some NPCs have a special interaction when interacting with a player using a particular character skin. For example, the kit throats when talking to him while wearing the Meowscles skin.

NPCs are also amazingly interactive. You can choose to fight (and kill) for their material if you want, but then you won’t be able to talk to them. They are also selective about who they fight-if other players attack them while you talk to them, they won’t hurt you. They only attack other players.

The new season has also brought about many quality of life changes that players have demanded. You can now set up to 50 skin presets from the previous limit of 10. In Season 4, the lack of presets was a problem for many players, as more than 10 Marvel characters unlocked or purchased. It’s not to mention the hundreds of other skins released in the three years that Fortnite was launched.

“All we need now is the Apply to All Presets button, and this feature is perfect,” says RedditorISimpForRook.

There are some familiar features that came back in Season 5. The Battle Pass has another set of foil styles for skins that can be unlocked by going to level 250. Players are getting tired of the long grinds of Season 4, but players may not care enough. You have exceeded level 100 with this Battle Pass. Some players don’t like how the additional styles are designed.

“That is Tier 100,” says Redditor Jester 0745. “These look like poops.” Players were urged to unlock Season 4 skins by how much they loved the Marvel character with the additional style applied.

All new updates bring some minor and major changes to battle royale. This is especially true for the new season. As Season 5 begins, players will delve into all the new mechanics and items.
