Why I Ditched Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Too Big

The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom – Is it too big? (Photo: Nintendo)

Readers are very annoyed by its size zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom is about him being a working father who feels impossible to play properly.

The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom It’s been over a month since launch and I feel like it’s not working at all. I’ve completed three of his dungeons and unlocked the Sage, but I’ve barely been to Deep Island or Sky Island, which I thought would be the main focus of the game. I feel like I could have cleared it if I just did the story missions, but that would be too much against the style of the game and completely off the mark.

was fun Zelda: Breath of the Wild However, I thought it was a bit too big, and perhaps it would have been better if it had been a little more condensed and streamlined. That said, I didn’t have any major complaints, and while I was happy to complete the game, I kind of gave up on Tears Of The Kingdom. I seem to be getting nowhere, and every time I decide to do something, I get sidetracked by hundreds of other things until I forget even what I should have done.

I know some people see this as a positive, but if I was a teenager and spent all my free time playing games around the world, I’m sure I would feel the same way, but I don’t. I’m a working dad, so the time I spend playing games is probably he’s a few hours a day, but not every day. I don’t think that’s unusual, but the game does little for those short on time. I have already given up.

This has been a general trend in gaming for some time. I feel like it started when publishers started to worry that single-player games were still going strong, but users wouldn’t buy them at full price unless they offered enough value. for the money.

In theory that’s fine, but a lot of it doesn’t respect your time and bloats you needlessly.

This is exactly the same problem with many multiplayer games. Not only do they not play other games, they are considered to literally have nothing to do but dedicate their time to them.

Tears Of The Kingdom is different in that it builds on Breath Of The Wild’s map and adds a lot of features to it. So the game, which is probably already too big, will be twice as big as him.

It seems strange to complain about something like this, but at least for me, it doesn’t matter how good a game is if you can’t get it right. It’s not purely a matter of time, it’s a matter of comfort.

If you’re in a rush to complete a quest before you forget what you’re doing in an hour or two, you won’t have time for all the side quests, distractions, and exploration along the way. , meaning that it is the main attraction of the game.

I always smile and roll my eyes when someone takes a week off work to play a game, and suddenly I know why. I truly believe that was the only way I could have enjoyed Tears Of The Kingdom, or played it the way I wanted.

For now, I gave up. I’m going to play Final Fantasy 16 instead. Once that’s done, I’m sure it’ll be a while, and I’m not sure if I’ll go back, I really don’t know.

My biggest fear right now is that the same problem will happen with Final Fantasy, and eventually I’ll realize that I’ve been a victim of video games. It’s not because you don’t have enough money, but because you don’t have enough time.
